Please note, the frequency of content above should only be used as a guide and do not take into account UK public holidays. At our sole discretion, Regency Research will determine the amount of content provided in each update based on the prevailing market conditions at the time of publication.

As part of the Regency Research paid service, users will receive the above via email and SMS alerts in addition to access to our secure Members Area. By agreeing to these terms and conditions and being a paid member of Regency Research, you agree to receive these alerts. 4.2 To access membership content on the Regency Research website you are required to hold a valid membership. You will be required to provide us with your email address and will be requested to create a password to access the membership content.

5 Use of Site and Reproduction of Content (Copyright)

All membership content and any other information across the Regency Research website is strictly for personal use only. Reproduction of any material from the Regency Research website is prohibited, unless written consent from Regency Research has been obtained.

5.1 By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that you will not:

  • Transfer your membership or share your login details with any third party
  • Use the service as a sub-contractor for any third party or otherwise use the Service other than in relation to your own personal use
  • Transfer your membership or any user licence to any third party

5.2 You also agree that if you reproduce or share (including via social media) any content without prior written consent or disclose your login details to another person(s), you will accept full financial liability to pay the annual membership price for all additional readers or recipients.

5.3 Further disclosure, distribution, reproduction or redistribution of this information, regardless of whether it is or is not meant for commercial purposes, by any form of media, is prohibited without prior written approval from Regency Research. Failure to adhere to this may result in legal action.

5.4 All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights, including copyright, in relation to the information displayed on this website and in the reports is owned by or licensed to Regency Research.

7 Memberships and membership prices

7.1 To access membership content you must be subscribed to either FTSE Investor or AIM Investor.

7.2 In order to become a member of Regency Research, you must go to the ‘Join Now’ page, provide the information marked as ‘mandatory’, select which membership(s) you’d like to join agree to the payment option for the price quoted (at the time of your transaction). You will then receive a verification email from Regency Research to confirm we have accepted your membership payment, and you will be able to access the Regency Research membership content immediately.

7.3 All prices quoted on the www.regencyresearch.co.uk website are quoted in GBP.

7.4 Regency Research has used reasonable endeavours to ensure that membership prices are published accurately on its website. However, please note these prices are subject to change and Regency Research reserves the right to change these prices without prior notice at any time. Prices charged and payable will be those quoted at the time you completed your membership application.

7.5 All prices quoted include VAT, charged at 20%. VAT number 397557923.

7.6 Regency Research will not automatically renew your membership on your expiry date. We will contact your prior this date to discuss renewal options available to you.

7.7 All new subscribers are entitled to a 14-day free trial (without a debit/credit card required to be registered). At the end of your 14-day trial period, you can decide to let your access lapse (and you will receive no further alerts from us) or you can join FTSE Investor, AIM Investor or both services on our flexible membership plans. Only 1 trial, per user, per 90 days is permitted. You can cancel your free trial period anytime, simply email support@regencyresearch.co.uk or call 0203 973 8007.

8 Cancellations

8.1 At Regency Research, member satisfaction is very important to us. However, we do appreciate that our service will not suit everyone. Should you decide that our product(s) do not meet your needs, we will refund the full value of your membership providing that we receive your cancellation with 14 (calendar) days from your initial payment date by calling 0203 973 8007. Alternatively, you can put your cancellation request to either support@regencyresearch.co.uk or by writing to us at 35 Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London, W1J 5BF (please note, the postmark on the envelope must be no later than 14 days after the membership was initially taken).

8.2 Any refunds that meet the above criteria will returned via the same method of payment that you used to purchase your membership (please allow 3-5 business days for this to clear).

8.3 We do not offer pro-rata refunds therefore you will not be entitled to a refund if we receive your notice of cancellation after the first 14 (calendar) days from the start of your membership.

8.4 In the unlikely event that a product is discontinued during your membership period, an alternative Regency Research product will be provided to you of equal value, or more, than the residual value of the discontinued membership.

9 Risk Warning

9.1 The value of shares can fall as well as rise; you may not necessarily get back the amount you invested. Past performance is no guarantee of future performance. Changes in exchange rates may also cause your investment to go up or down in value. Tax laws may be subject to change. Please ensure that you fully understand the risks involved. If in any doubt, please seek independent financial advice.

10 Complaints

Should you, for any reason, be dissatisfied with any aspect of the FTSE Investor and/or AIM Investor membership service, please put your complaint in writing to our Relationship Management Team by one of the methods below:

To assist us to investigate and resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and with minimum inconvenience to you, please make sure you give us as much information as possible, including;

  • Your name, address and client reference number
  • A clear and concise description of your complaint
  • Details of what you would like Regency Research to do to rectify
  • Copies of any relevant documents, such as letters and emails
  • An up-to-date telephone number so that we can contact you

Regency Research will then fully consider your complaint in accordance with Regency Research’s complaints procedures and provide you with a response within 8 weeks of your initial complaint. A copy of our procedure can be provided upon request.

11 Disclosure

11.1 To avoid any conflicts of interest, Regency Research and its Directors and/or employees do not hold investments in any of the companies reviewed by either FTSE Investor or AIM Investor. All Regency Research Investor staff must strictly adhere to this staff policy.

12 Other

12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you hereby agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
