We’ve been patiently waiting for IG Design to put in ‘dead cat bounce’ after dropping in October due to a profit warning…
Price action during the festive period has seen the shares retrace and find resistance at the March 2020 lows.
Broken support turning to resistance is an undoubtedly bearish sign, and indicates that IG Designs retracement from lows may have run its course. With this in mind, we are going to close this position and take the loss on the chin.
