Clinigen (CLIN) – Close at 613p

Clinigen’s share price gapped lower last month following a shock profit warning.

It’s important not to panic when events like this happen and we chose to sit on our hands and wait for a ‘dead-cat-bounce’ which duly followed.

With prices now settling into a sideways range, the bounce looks to have come to an end and yesterday’s trading update failed to inspire the market.

Taking a loss on the chin is never pleasant, but it’s an integral part of successful portfolio management, hence we are closing our Clinigen position.
