Close Keywords Studios (KWS) at 2,392p

As you may know, EQT, alongside partners Temasek and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, has reached an agreement to acquire Keywords Studios for £2.2bn.

This acquisition, which includes assuming debt, marks a significant milestone for Keywords and reflects the strong interest in the company from international investors.

Given these developments, we have made the decision to close both of our positions in Keywords Studios. This decision is based on our assessment of the current market conditions, the terms of the acquisition, and our overall investment strategy.
